I love being able to do what i do on the computer, but I also love reading a real book, drawing on paper, neither of which require electricity or a subscriptions for 10$ a month. Plus, I just don't find it that hard to back up or to carry whatever it is I need to wherever it is I'm going. I think the other issue here is that having 'Cloud' gives people a sense that they NEED access to ALL their data ALL the time.
