Illustration: Nautilus (2 ans)

My puppy is less of a puppy soon, he is almost 2 years old. He was standing on top or and staring at me and I decided to use that pose as a drawing. This is a definite consequence of the ability to draw anywhere, anytime with the iPad Pro. I was able to do my sketch, then take a couple photos to reference for details and finish it in a couple hours. Working digitally has increased my productivity in general but the IPad has  done a lot to put how much I can do to new limits. This is the 5th drawing of the little pest I've done in 2 years so he will be the most artistically represented dog I've ever had.

Affinity Photo was the app I used, I like to mix it up and it keeps me familiar with the variety of software I use.

Nauti is very cute indeed! So glad, too that you've found something to increase your art. Going digital was a big change for me, especially with the iPad. A huge change. And I am indeed a lot more productive than I was. Well done again!

Doing my art was very time and resource consuming for so long. I hav=d to be at my drawing table for sometimes months works on one of those massive pen and ink drawings I used i to do and I had to practice draw much of them over and over to avoid having to start over if I made a mistake. I do like sitting at my drawing table and drawing still, but I can't always be where the table is and it takes alot of space paper and ink! I will go back to ink on paper this year for at least one project to keep in practice.
