Another leaf drawing. Have not done one in a while, haven't drawn much in a while! I just wanted to draw something and also to use Krita again. I am definitely out of practice.

 Another in my apparently ever growing series of leaf drawings and paintings. I started this last week while at my parents' house but didn't get very far. Mostly is helped me calm down and get to slept night. It also let me try out my mini tablet the b/f gave me for my laptop so I could paint in Krita while away and use for photo retouching. I got the shape right but wasn't too precise with the colour and details.

The last (I think) drawing of Nathan and Pascal in my series. The rock was a challenge in the colour colour painting with it and it was in this one also. Luckily my dad was around to talk me through my problems with it. He isn't an artist but maybe could have been one in different circumstances and he helped me through three iterations of the rock. I am staying with my parents to give my brother a break from caring for them so I have been sitting in living room with the iPad out.

This new one in my leaf series went super fast and I am really happy with it. I used simple watercolour brushes and some blending and no texture brushes. 

It is an insane time of my life right now and the drawings help keep me somewhat sane though it all. 

More illustrations done on my voyage to Massachusetts

 Another pen and ink style drawing o Nathan and Pascal. I think I have one more to do of them before this series is finished. 

A yellow leaf. I have, it seems, a small series of leaf paintings and illustrations. I ought to put them in a separate folder maybe. I just finished another one that I won't bore anyone with here but it's a "thing" with me apparently. 

Not sure Ill get anything else done drawing wise this year... it was  a HUGE year, actually 2 years for my artwork. Some years I didn't produce even one drawing, lately it has been several a month!
